The numbers on the card

Can someone explain what the difference/relevance of the numbers:

top left and bottom right

Example:

I'm looking at a Drummond Warmonger - top left number is 3, bottom right is 5

DEPLOY will damage 3 adjacent enemies by 1.
and BLOODTHIRST 5: damage all enemies on a row by 1 instead.

...

is the top left melee? and the bottom right range?

Top left: Power (= points to win)

Top right: Armor (eats damage, but gives no points)

Bottom right: Provision (every deck has a provision limit)

bottom right - provision it is the cost to choose this card to the deck

it is restriction to not build a deck with only high valuable gold cards

top left its power which is need to win a round
