1. Daily Achievements: Complete your daily achievements for easy gold rewards. You can earn a bit of gold and various materials by finishing a set number of dailies each day.
2. Event Participation: Participate in dynamic events throughout the world. Events often reward players with loot, experience points, and occasionally, gold. Look for large events in popular areas (like the starting zones) where many players gather, as they usually offer better rewards.
3. Collecting Resources: Gather crafting materials, including herbs, ores, and wood. These materials can be sold on the Trading Post for a decent profit, especially if you focus on high-demand items.
4. Exploring the World: As you explore, complete heart quests and find waypoints. Completing hearts can earn you gold (especially when you turn in the final rewards) and experience, which helps level up your character.
5. Selling Loot: Whenever you kill enemies, make sure to collect their loot and sell any unwanted gear or crafting materials at the Trading Post. Some rare drops can be quite valuable.
6. World vs. World (WvW): If you enjoy PvP, participating in WvW can be rewarding. You can earn various currencies and items that can be exchanged for gear or resources to sell.
7. Participate in Festivals: If there are any ongoing events or festivals (even with just the base game), participate in them for unique rewards that can sometimes be sold.
8. Crafting: Leveling up crafting can yield items that can be sold for profit. Focus on crafts that utilize commonly gathered materials and have a steady demand.
9. Fractals and Dungeons: If you find a group, running dungeons or fractals can provide good rewards, particularly if you can complete them efficiently. However, note that some dungeons may require a bit of gear.
10. Trading Post Flipping: Keep an eye on items in the Trading Post for undervalued goods. Buy low and sell high, but this requires some market awareness and patience.
What you want is "Devona's" Armor:
https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Devona%27s_armor
It's MUCH cheaper than "Berserker's" Armor. Same stats.
For farming:
1. World Boss Train. Just show up 10 minutes or so before the boss. No need to join groups or talk, just start swinging when something shows up:
https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/World_boss
2. Gathering. What you want are areas level 45-70. You are looking for Iron, Platinum, and Trees. Grab any plants around as well. The reason you want levels 45-70/ Iron, Platinum, and Trees is because each node is worth 3+ silver.
3. KILL THE BIRDS. Everyone skips those yellow named enemies. They can drop Eggs which are 2 silver each and can drop Slab of Poultry, which sells for over 9 silver right now. Other enemies also drop things that sell for a decent amount.
There are a bunch of other things you can do, but those don't require any knowledge or player skill.
The ChatGPT thing was towards the previous poster who just used AI.
When using the trading post, search for specific stats, not the name "Berserker".
There's a few named weapons, but they generally are more expensive, not less.
As for rings, amulet, earrings, etc. Just buy Yellow (rare) or Green (uncommon) for now. Less total stats, but the important thing is getting the correct stats. Accessories are generally easier to get Ascended than Armor and Weapons, especially if you have access to Expansions or Seasons.
Anyway, worth noting Festival of the Four Winds is coming up, so to expand on Hefutoxin's number 2 point, might be worthwhile for you to hang onto some of the material needed to buy supply boxes because their prices do go up during the festival

With the astral points you can buy ascended gear and weapon.
Ascended is the best quality exept the lengendary. With ascended you can choose the speciality you need : power, dexteruty, conditions, vitality, expertise etc...
In the Vault an ascended armor (a helm, a gauntlet, a chest ... ) cost 300pt, a weapon 400pt
if you do 4 of the 5 dailies you earn about 60pt
If you do 6 of the 8 missions of the week ou earn about 800 pt (plus the dailies of each day)
It is a fast and easy way to equip with top equipement and to keep gold for other uses.
You will also earn exotic gear to choose with the rewards of the WvW track you have chosen to progress in (you can change anytime) , especially the reward of the 20th chest (the last one)
I believe the Temple of Grenth in Orr gives beserker armor (that only requires karma to get, one thing about the armour is it can not be salvaged if you put expensive rune so be aware of that).
For ascended rings the fractals are the best way to get them (for berserker) and if you have access to the wizards vault (I think if you own an expansion) you also can get 3 ascended armor pieces and one weapon every season. Btw, don't bother with exotic trinkets.
