Making Bloodstone Bricks as a Chef

According to Wiki, as a 300 skill Chef I can make bricks using Dust, Shards and Reagents.

But where do I make them? Is there a recipe I need?

this is for lvl 500 chef? Seimur wants ppl to eat bloodstone food. He only trains you from lvl 400 to 500, i would makes sense to get the bricks recipe at such lvl coz Seimur is the one obsessed with bloodstone also i think its required, to craft the bricks for the lvl 500 kitchen.
