Individually, those things haven't applied for half a decade, and collectively, i don't think that has ever been the case in the game's life.
The game's in the final throes of life. There's still a fair number of players, but let's not pretend the game's flying high right now. Even die-hard players have enacted a backlash against the current dearth of development being sold at full game price to them.
