fullscreen/windowed/fullscreen window flickering

Game ran fine yesterday no issues. today played game and screen flickers everytime i click on my mouse. tried reinstalling game and my pc is above requirements and optimized through nvidia. anyone else having the same problem?

New gpu drivers, if not maybe your gpu is giving up?

went back into the game today its not flickering on windowed only fullscreen. i hope its not my gpu :/

Turn off Freesync if you got it?

Or maybe try to match the refresh rate & hz on the monitor & game.

Sorry for up, but maybe here I'll find some help.
I have the same issue now. Can't even tell when and why it is started. Reinstalled drivers and run all system "fix" scripts with no luck. It is even flickers (clicks through) on the game launcher. The game icon in taskbar hides and shows when I'm doing quick left-clicks on the windows... It is very strange, I can't find any solution. I'm also wanting to mention, that it is not only GW2, but for example Last Epoch also. It's something with Windows, but what...

Seems the solution is to run the game in "Windows 8" compatibility mode.
