ACCIDENTALY CHOOSE AMERICAN SERVER WHILE MY FRIEND CHOOSE EUROPEAN ONE, CAN'T PLAY TOGETHER NO MATTER IF I ERASE THE ACCOUNT OR ELSE.... THIS GAME SUCKS FROM THE BEGINING :/

just provided proof that you can switch regions
and btw i found this with a bit of searching the net :
You can transfer servers/regions on the character select screen, bottom left - world selection. Paid accounts can transfer for free by deleting all of their characters. Free accounts can't transfer, but can get a 1 time free transfer by contacting support or buying the game

You made a mistake. Sorry to hear, but it doesn't make a game bad. You have 3 solutions.

1. Pay for the transfer.
2. Contact support. They may assist if they understand the mistake.
3. Create a new account.

So you made a mistake yourself by choosing wrong region as you said accidentally and then blame the game for your own mistake? O_o

Literally 99% of mmo games works so that player is responsible for their region choices and usually in many there is not region transfers, or it's a paid service. Like in FF14 etc, so people had alts in most games in different regions if wants to play with friends in different regions. But this was your own mistake, why even blame the game for it?

If i start playing a game with someone, we always before it talk what platform/server/region and other details so cannot mess up things.

Just contact support, they do usually give ONE free transfer even to F2P players if something like that happened and it's quite fast, they usually move you in a day or 2 at most, most often within hours. :) So contact CS, they do not read these pages tbh

Just contact the support, they usually provide one free server change to free accounts.

As others have suggested, try customer service and ask for a region (from NA -> EU) change not world or server as that might confuse someone. If that doesn't work I guess you're buying gems.
