Account has been blocked and I can't access support

I play on Steam and my Guild Wars account was blocked, I can't access support on the game's website because you have to be logged into the launcher to access support on the website. The account is blocked and I can't log in to the launcher and Steam doesn't support it, can anyone tell me an alternative?

what message u got? check ur mail, why they banned u?
you using VPN's ?? vpn can cause blocking accounts by anet sensitive security system, changing ip region triggers security there are many ppl banned when this happens and they have to contact support, u have to send mail or something to anet support without logging in.

You can reach support from your email account. Just contact them at: [e-mail] and tell them your account name, when you joined, and politely ask them to investigate your problem. If you abuse them you will probably get account banned, so its not advised.
