Why does Living World full price is different after having discount.

Living World Season 2 full price is 1,260 and the rest is 960 before the discount begin but now it is 1,600 and 1,200 with 36% discount...what?

Absolutely no idea. In the gem shop it should have its natural 20% discount, so that it costs 1280 instead of the 1600 it would cost to buy each individual chapter in the story journal. Never heard of it showing the full price in the gem shop. And also no idea why it would show a 36% discount, that seems like quite an odd number. I sadly already own it, so I can't check it in the gem store by myself.

yeah normally it would cost you 4130 to grab all living world seasons
so now it costs 3328, saving you 800 gems in the process. not a bad deal

There's usually a bundle discount for buying the season pack instead of individual episodes. When there's an actual sale on the pack, the normal price gets replaced with the sale discount even though the sale discount is to the bundle price, making things look a little weird. Their shop can't handle two stacked discounts.

20% off means paying 80%. 80% (sale) of 80% (bundle) is 64%, which is 36% off the actual full price.
