You seem to forget that it's not always about the profit. Do I get back the amount of energy I put into farming tools? No, but I enjoy running around and just picking up things without having to worry about my tools. Do I gain anything from it? Yes. Statisfaction.
I expressed an opinion. You presented yours as facts. That is the reason I picked an argument with you, in case you are still wondering.
You won't have to concern yourself with having to re-up on your tools, so I'd get it if you went that route. Personally, I just buy more tools when mine are running low.
