If you click an advertisement for Gw2, they admit to getting info about you. And if you contact support, they and the support provider get info about you.
Now, if you want proof, note how GW2, unlike nearly every korean MMO, does NOT require a UAC prompt to run. The game does not require admin permissions and does not install a rootkit virus. In short, they aren't really tracking you.

Everywhere online collects this information. Every game. Every forum. Every email.
You are far too late to be concerned about this.
It really feels like you picked the most important information that everyone wants them to save. I honestly have no clue what your problem is with those things. If they wouldn't save the chat it would just turn the chat into a place where anyone can say anything without having to fear punishment as they would lack the needed information to punish anyone since they have no clue who said what.
Also, if you publicly say something in the map chat ... it is you who gave up your privacy and publicly said something. If you don't want everyone being able to see what you said, don't say it in a way that everyone can see it. I really don't get what this has to do with you complaining about your privacy.
