No weight to hits? You've never killed anything with a greatsword, or used a hammer on warrior. If your damage is low, your damage will in fact be low, losers lose.

The dodging complaint is weird. At least in this game you need to actively dodge and watch your positioning, whereas in games like WoW your dodge happens passively with no input or reliability.

The graphics? Are dogwater, you're right. FF14 has better graphics and it's older than this game.

Endgame, raids, PvP, WvW, yes to all of that. Endgame has been reached as soon as you hit lvl 80 with exotic gear and a c+p build from metabattle.

No new content since Heart of Thorns. We're not playing the same game apparently. It's gotten more total content since HoT than it had prior. You a dirty little lying rat.

Pay to win, you're right. Pay to progress is p2w, they are the same thing, and no amount of mental gymnastics can change that. It ain't the same as in other games, but it's still the same thing. Buying Legendary gear from the TP with gold you purchased with real money is p2w, 100%.

None of the expansions add new classes? You being a lying little rat again.

Dead game, any content I wanna do has parties available. Raids, fractals, dungeons, open world, strikes, WvW, PvP, sometimes even seasonal content has parties, all but abandoned parts of the LFG tool are active to some extent. You wanna tell me you've never been in a full map doing a meta event recently? I just don't believe you.

Oh, and let’s not ignore the fact that there are literal pay-to-win mechanics, yes, you can straight-up buy legendary gear with real money. That’s not an MMO, that’s a mobile game with extra steps.

On top of all that, you’re expected to fork over almost $100 for five expansions, and none of them even add new classes. What kind of scam is that? Meanwhile, NCSoft is laughing all the way to the bank, milking a player base that’s too deep in sunk cost fallacy to admit they’re playing hot garbage. TL;DR: Guild Wars 2 is dogwater, and if you think otherwise, you’re probably just coping because you’ve wasted thousands of hours on a dead game.

This has got to be a clown farm from some bored gw2 player. Nobody could make a troll post this comprehensive without deliberately being wrong to annoy people.

- You claim you've never played more than an hour per installation, so a total of under 3 hours, yet have a complete picture of PvP, raids, endgame, crafting legendaries, storyline, combat, classes...
- The game has no new content since Thorns but you still list the other four expansions that have come since, not to mention the Living World chapters. SotO was garbage though.
- The game has gotten one new class and 27 subclasses since launch.
- For the price of the core game and expansions I've bought for GW2 I could have played FF14 for almost a year on a monthly subscription. Instead I've played GW2 for twelve.
