They're really boring to do, so nobody does them.
Might be lucky finding a legendary bounty run in LFG if people are desperate, but it's gonna be a rarity.

Like you, people don't host groups and always look for them. It is always recommended to host a group and list yourself on LFG. You'll quickly get people.

That. Also, keep an eye on the weekly objectives for the wizard's vault, one of the possibilities is to do bounties on a particular map. Doing bounties while that objective is up is much easier.

Put up a tag and announce in map chat that your coloured tag is doing bounties. People will join.

Depends when you are playing. If you are playing when most people are sleeping then it will be hard to find people to do them. But again people do bountry trains all the time if you look in lfg at the right time of the day. You can also make your own groupe and put a tag on yourself and announce what you are doing in map chat. Then people usually comes running to your aid.
