If that doesn't help, best open a ticket and ask them directly
Extremely unreasonable and not thought through.
So if your drivers are not updated, blame a random company?
If you didn't update Windows, blame a random company?
If there's an issue with your SSD/HDD, blame a random company?
And I mean, the list of technical reasons on the client's side that could potentially be causing it could go on, how on Earth would it be a logical assesment to blame the company for this if this issue isn't present for every player, or even for a majority of them? You expect the company to come to fix up your PC or something?
So be careful talking about mentalities, because your 'let me be negative wherever I can' mentality is showing rn
Sorry to hear that m8, but as I said in my first response, maybe best to open a ticket and do some diagnostisc with their guidance, they'll probably know better than we here do
Employee of common sense and logic, yes.
Even if I somehow magically was their employee, would that change the fact that your comment was extremely unreasonable and not thought through? Spoiler: nope.
The only one responsible for the state of your PC is you, not a random gaming company, that's just plain ridiculous.
You're probably right, but still, gotta call out their illogical bs from time to time so they don't get too comfortable posting without using their brains to think before
Do what i mentioned in this old thread, in order.

delete gw2 cache folder > delete gw2 local.dat > repair gw2 client.
you can just try with deleting cache folder and local.dat.
Hi,
This is an unfortunate problem, your best bet is to generate a debug log to see what's going on, to do so, right click in Guild Wars 2 in your library steam, select "Properties..." -> in LAUNCH OPTIONS, add the following : -log
Now start the game, select your character and wait for the black screen to occur, you can force quit after 1 or 2 minutes if the game didn't close by itself.
Now browse to your game directory
Locate the debug txt file, open it, copy everything and send it to :
support@arena.net
Do not post your debug text log here as it may contain sensitive data

A possible fix, worth mentioning as you said
I'm guessing you play Gw2 for a while, do you use any addon like arcdps ? if yes, did you update it to the latest version ? (try to launch the game without it by deleting d3d11.dll and the arcdps folder located in addons/ directory), having arcdps outdated will cause the exact "symptom" you described.
