Guild Wars 2

Guild Wars 2

Any content creators for GW2?
I've seen guides from Mulkluk and some podcasts from MightyTeapot but neither of these guys play anymore. Any popular content creators that you enjoy watching? Twitch seems to have a cycle of top viewership streamers but there doesn't seem to be a staple creator to promote the game.

Mukluk still streams GW2 every Tuesday and when new stuff is out.
Teapot should be back when a new raid launches, like it did last week.
On twitch
Emidotexe
AyinMaiden
are long time GW2 streamers as is Laranity.
https://www.youtube.com/@CaffeinatedDad streams GW2 but only rarely these days.

But there's really not that many, kinda sad actually.

Content creators that built their channels playing one game for over a decade are trying so hard to leave the game, but because their whole community are one game andys, they won't succeed. Mightyteapot is a perfect example of this. He will pretend like he is leaving for good, but when his stream drops under 100 viewers playing his 20 years old microtransaction store known as WoW, he'll be back in gw2 real quick. As a matter of fact, he is already saying that he needs to play more gw2 to build a fanbase for gw3, a game that was never confirmed, anet has no talent to build, and if there is one, looking at what's successful in gw2, gw3 might be a mobile title with content on par with Genshin Impact. Imagine telling yourself that you need to build a fanbase (as if his fanbase isn't already nothing but gw andys) for a mobile game that might be released in 2030, or later.

Point of the story is, you can expect his content to keep going because he is permanently stuck in GW for eternity.

In their defence, what is there to stream? They are reduced to streaming about a 'cat infusion' for Aprils fools. The LCM is so hard it's getting boring to watch. Then we get 'delay' announcements and 'balances patches' just so they have something to talk about.

LCM is not boring to watch because its hard. LCM is completely unwatchable because its 3 rocks WITH THE SAME MECHANICS as the easier modes. LCM is clearly showing to everyone that anet has no budget nor talent to build anything remotely interesting.

But you never played the game ! You never did the single raid, strike or end game contents, but still, here you are commenting on things you don't even beginning to understand !

A little reminder of what you said when I asked you to prove your raid clear by posting your KP :

Am i supposed to link my account to a site? Cuz i never bothered doing any of this fluff. I repeat, the only content i did from ~2014 until 2019 is solo roam and clap tryhards in wvw. Its the ONLY content i did in this game before uninstalling.

Threadly reminder that Hardwenzen/LSD/ArmyGuy are all the same person operating multiple accounts in order to sh!t up the community hub.

And they do it for freeeee!

More like ahpuch, kinda has the same energy and same modus operandi as in creating multiple posts and bumping threads.

ahpuch, Hardwenzen, LSD, and armyguy are all different people. Anne.Whatever is another one. They have distinct posting styles.

Like, LSD will provide detailed complaints but Hardwenzen can't. Anne.Whatever has an obsession with the original Guild Wars. You can tell armyguy played the game, but he's not as articulate as LSD and ahpuch is more interested in being annoying than complaining.
It really depends on your taste in telemarketers.

Actually, now after Uncle Buck said it, it made me think and I went to have a quick look at their post history.

I want to point out one thing that can easily be noticed right away:

In the case of LSD, he used to yap constantly here (dude has a staggering 368 pages worth of comments in his post history lmao), but all his activity (at least in terms of posting) on his account stopped completely on February 18th:

In the case of Hardwenzen, he was inactive for literal years in terms of posting and started being (hyper) active in the week between February 13th and Februarty 20th, and since then amassed 35 pages worth of posts in a single month, after not having posted more than 2 - 3 comments in more than a decade:

This could be a mere coincidence of course, but the timing and looks of this does appear rather sus though tbh, Uncle Buck might me right with his assessment, at least for those two

Yea she is honest about their decisions but you know if she stops streaming guild wars is in trouble.
