Almost every single person that had any interest in gw2 has played it almost a decade before gw2 was even added to steam, so how exactly do you expect them to have playtime shown on their steam account? I would, and i there's a way to check my account playtime without downloading the game, sure, let me know how. But if there is none, and you think that i will waste my time redownloading the game for the first time since 2019 just to prove you a point, you're delusional. And i already know what you'd say if i were to take a pic of my playtime. As soon as you see almost 11k hours played, you will change your goal post to something like "why have you played the game for so long if you don't like it". If the game wasn't worthless, i would still have left it on my ssd, cuz even after i stopped playing, i still kept it installed for at least 2 years, but ever since upgrading my pc, everything was wiped in 2023.

The reality of the situation is, you're a level 7 account with zero playtime in gw2🥴So before you talk about someone's time in the game, you have to play it for more than 0 seconds. Keep telling yourself whatever is needed to release the stress because i can tell you're stressed out every time you see my posts. Nobody cares what and whom you believe. I am almost certain that i have more hours played, and have significantly more experience with the game mechanics than anybody that posts on here. Sometimes i wish i still had the game installed and wasn't rusty as hell. I'd invite for a juice 1v1 and show you how somebody who primarily played pvp for almost 11k hours plays the game. Mesmer main btw.

PvE? Aside from normal mode Fractals and Strikes, nope. The replies are literally scamming you.

There's demand for Raids as well as Fractal/ Strike CMs but they are extremely gated by the community (Killproof, Title requirements etc.) and there are no automated tools/ queues so you'll only get into those by searching for Discord based guilds outside of the game and be lucky enough to get into trainings.

As for the open world: anything that isn't the newest maps or the classic profitable metas that have a % to drop an Infusion, is borderline dead.

People in this Steam community (no doubt the same folks from the forums) legit run a scam marketing campaign for GW2 here on Steam discussions that is overly positive and they are bolstered by the moderators who delete critical comments, if you want a far less biased community that'll give you actual answers check the subreddit.

Lol why do you think there is no server selection? Oh right, they only have 1 server per region. The layering notifications constantly pop up now because it can't find a populated layer.
