Can't login through steam

Error Code: 42:1010:9001:4460
Anyone ? how to fix this ?

I tested without Steam with another account: no connection problem.
The problem comes from Steam in my opinion

Tried steam and the GW2 client and both give the same issues. GW2 client gave error code 42 and Steam gave error code 3003. The steam launcher is wanting me to create a username because it's my first time playing it on steam and its saying all of them are taken. I presume its due to not being able to connect to the servers based on error code 3003. Hopefully its resolved soon.
