Will Elementalist be deleted ? If not, why is it not in the meta ?

Making the hardest character weak is a very bad decision.

man, gotta love the meta slaves... every class can work well for you if you build it around your unique playstyle and know its strengths and weaknesses. people that do nothing but copy other peoples meta builds are hilariously skill issued most of the times... they can'T get a win except with the most uncreative build they managed to copy from someone else, instead of putting the time in and making their own buiids.

that's why about 5 years in the Devs here forked the PvE of from the PvP .

Even though I had 3 DLCs at different times, I couldn't leave w.v.w in about 6 months. Do you think I would have gone through this ordeal if I couldn't play ?

If you are playing with a difficult character that does not tolerate mistakes, this character should have a great advantage.

Not how it works. You can always pick easier classes to start with to work up to the more difficult classes.

Different builds for all classes have different rotations that always will require more than 2 buttons to create the most optimal use of those builds. Just limiting yourself to 2 buttons really restricts the class significantly. Not to mention it will be easily countered.

Ele is pretty strong, but requires a lot of skill. If, again, you find it too difficult, then play a different class to work yourself up to ele. It is what I did. What most people recommend. What has always been advisable.

It's not weak, As you said it's Hard. That is why it may seem weak if you're playing it wrong.

I disagree, the Tempest elementalist is fine but far behind the others.

The fact that he is so far behind especially in defense and health features makes the situation even worse.Even if you get caught in a minor way, your work is done.This doesn't give you time to show off your acting skills.

if u disagree then play a different class on pvp.. my main is mesmer but i cant play it on pvp so my main on pvp is mage and tempest is very fine, dps support and a lot of cc and buff spreading

Elementalist is in several metas.
It's just harder to play, requires a lot more skill than any other class.
But they do very well, and often break the game with their crazy builds.

Ellies can absolutely shred with multiple builds to choose from in any game mode.

dude, have you played elementalist? as an ele main myself the class is in a much better position than it was 2 years ago when i started. The class is perfectly fine man, you just need to learn how to play it properly
