For example, Necro has has an elite skill that turns you into a lich, Warrior has one that turns you into a big brute, Ele has one that turns you into a tornado, and Engineer has one that turns you into one of those 3 at random.
The problem is they suck. They tend to be weak, slow, and have big cast times so your damage just kinda stops.
The ones from elite specs tend to be strong, but don't really change your form so much as give you a big buff and maybe some shiny particle effects, e.g. berserk on Warrior-Berserker.
but there are a lot of classes who have changing things like stances, druid have a star form where he can heal more and stuff like that - necro like a lot of guys already said, the warrior have something like that, berserc and swordborn
