Can't login!! Arena net should let us merge our accounts!

I have played this game before it was on steam.
I have some digital goods on it that I want to keep.
I want to play on steam. Because I have a steamdeck.
I don't mind buying expansions over again but I would like to transfer my digital goods (other collectible )to my steam. After all I have a license to play this game.
They should merge the accounts just like EA, Ubisoft,Rockstar and many other publishers do.
I want to play this game on Geforce Now. And I can't even play the game because I cannot login. Geforce now only gives option to Steam version and Ncsoft.

Does Guild Wars 2 doesn't want us to play this game?
I have never in my life have gone trough so many hoops to try to play a game with no support at all.

Install the game. The go to the game options and add the command line switch
-provider Portal

This let's you login with your old account. But you must buy DLC on the anet website, not on steam. This is just letting you use steam for steamdeck compatibility. It does not link your accounts. You've been warned.
Steam will not grant DLC refunds if you played for more than 2 hours. So don't accidentally buy anything on steam.

Geforce now does not have the ability to enter launch options.
The problem is I have other digital goods on the arenanet account.
I don't mind buying the expansions again but it's the goodies I got that matter
Amazon prime sometimes hand stuff out.

Not being able to link accounts isn't unheard of, pretty sure FF14 was/is like this too. Also, playing the game on the go is clearly not an intended method of play so they won't go out of their way to support it. You are in a very tiny minority I'm afraid, which makes it unlikely your request will go anywhere. I also assume there are potential licensing issues or other restrictions or downsides that make this harder/less worthwhile than you'd think to implement.

Why are you trying to use geforce now to play the game? Just play on your steam deck.

They offer some few games that look better on it than running it on steamdeck

To play on geforce now
Selected guildwars 2 then you have 3 dots and you can change store. Then you pick Ncsoft. Then you click I own this game and login with the account from arenanet. I also had 2 accounts one from guildwars 1

I always thought geforce now was just loading steam. I didn't realize it was entirely different.

Also Anet cannot merge accounts because "your" Steam account belongs to Steam, not you or Anet.
