I was wondering if basic harvesting node, cloth rack, leather rack, lumber node pack, black lion garden plot deed, ore node pack do any of these go on sale or has anyone seen it go on sale? I wanna know

Sure, depends on the current sales theme.
Which vary greatly during the year.

Also there's tons of harvesting nodes you can buy in-game or during events.

Look at the wiki page for the nodes. It says when they went on sale and how much.

They've definitely gone on sale. Typically only 20% off, so not a huge deal, but it's something.
