i lost my mount. i'm so tired

at level 27 i lost my mount. i don't know what i did until i lost it. can somebody help me? or because my mount is free?

do you have pof and hot expansions? you got the mount for only 10 hours without those expansions.

Free2Play players only get a 10h trial mount. Since it was the second expansion that added mounts to the game you do need to own an expansion in order to get permanent access to mounts. Owning any expansion gives you the first mount, the raptor, if you want to upgrade it you need the second expansion. And to get access to the other mounts you need expansions 2-4 or Living World season 4, depending on the mount.

Also, as a small side note: The core game was made before mounts existed, so they were built without mounts in mind, meaning you won't need them to travel through the world. Only once you play the second expansion or later content it is required to have specific (and upgraded) mounts to travel to every place on the maps.

thats terrible advice. pof and hot combo are the best to start with.

why not the elder dragon saga ?
with this he get all mounts (raptor , bunny , manta , jackel , turtle , beetle , skyscale , griffon)

Pof & HoT bundle are better then SotO and as it is on sale cheap you will get much more for your buck.
