It probably shows 2 items because the LW thing doesn't have a Steam page of its own when you click it, so Steam probably doesn't count it as "item"
End of Dragons it's the 3rd expansion but will count as the 2nd DLC
Living Worlds (also included in the complete collection) is an ingame story arc that although ingame might appear as mini dlcs it is not an expansion by itself but on the bundle page it appears as an item, yet not at checkout, although confusing, living worlds on steam doesn't exist (if you click it will go to steams homepage). Don't worry though. the complete collection is going to unlock everything for you in-game.
This is why LW is not and actual item on Steam. They simply can't sell it separately unless they want a slew of complaints from people who buy LW only without the corresponding Expansions as well.
The complete bundle, however, unlocks all seasons for you in game. Steam just doesn't list that as an item at checkout for the above reason.
