Finding Sibaha Doesn't work

Talked with aaminah before and after the quest. Completed Drive the risen krait out of kahloipoi and help the kahloipoi guards rescue Aaminah and nothing happens. I have video evidence of everything i did and i did it correctly.

This game just wastes people's time with these bugs and garbage quests.

That quest was broken years ago when i did it. No idea how i got around it. Google around for answers. I might have just left a Herald there dropping buffs till someone else did it, it worked, and i got credit.

have you completed the step?
aaminah related quest are sometimes bugged. need a patient to finish it.
when i did a collection (not finding shibaha), I need to wait for 24 hours, cause aaminah prefer to stay near the cages.lol.
