Not gaining mastery points

I cant progress the story to get the springer mount as i need to finish the raptor but the Mastery bar is full but im not gaining any point or any more experience added form world events

You don't need a mount for crystal oasis. Redo the story there and get your masteries. Look at your achievements panel, expand story, and do the ones in crystal oasis.

A search of "GW2 how to get PoF Mastery Points", gives a bunch of video walkthroughs and guides. If I had to recommend one, I would say these guides by dulfy, they are one of the best at making guides for the game, not only all the mastery points, where they are and how exactly to get them, but tons of quest walkthroughs and achievement walkthroughs.

This is funny XD. You don't need to continue the story to unlock maps, just go to the next map and do the easy masteries. Also, you can do the adventures and achievements to get more mastery points. The game provides you more than enough points so you don't get locked from continue the story.

Just enter a southern map and grab a couple of easy masteries.

Also you ALWAYS earn XP, no worries!
The bar doesn't show up anymore in your situation, but it's still progressing and eventually you get a spirit shard when it dings and rolls over anew.

Across all 5 PoF maps (to which you totally have access to) are a total of 40 mastery points that you get by just interacting with the mastery insights. Maybe you can't yet get all of them without masteries, but on top of that you still have many other achievements that grant you mastery points. There are a total of 130 PoF mastery points, so getting the 10 or so that you need to get the one needed mastery for the next story mission should be pretty trivial. And if you don't know how to get a mastery point alone from the achievement description you can simply check the wiki.

You will get to ap oint when you need to learn canyon jumping but then there no way to gain mastery points as you need 3 tro progress the story wich do not gain i have done 16 world misisons and not one single point so i can no longer play any ogf the expansions this game is soo ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ broken i want my money back

There is two waypoint ♥♥♥♥♥♥ both for the same mission

he should simply ask a local mesmer to port him to some mastery points in the regions , its not like they are invisible on the map
i finished most of them aswell but i need 6 more to finish underwater "gliding"
the most jerk point is the kitchen one in amnoon

People already told you what you need to do lol. I was stuck aswell until I found some spare point from a memory game and the raptor quest where you have to give your mount food by completing a time limited medicin delivery in the desert area.

I completed that one after about 10 tries. You just have to use your speed buff at all time and memorize where his food is located so you dont waste time.

There are plenty of alternative ways of unlocking Masteries through achievements if not that you can unlock insights on the map like was said.

If you're having a lot of problems, try getting Blish HUD. I know for a fact it makes map completion far more efficient and less frustrating trying to find that 1 stupid poi hidden somewhere.
