Stuck in loading Screen
everytime after i pick the character, i got stuck in the loading screen, it has been 3 days. it just happen suddenly, before this it was fine. i really have no idea why is this happen.
and i'm afraid even i re install the game nothing will change.so that's just gonna the last resort.

2 ways that may help.

1. Clear Gw2's cache
Corrupted data can cause issues lile that. You will find that file located in your temp file. Hitting Win+r then type %temp% will open the file if on Windows. The file name will be named gw2cache(random numbers). Delete it then run the game for a new one to be created.

2. Run repair mode. https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/articles/201863008-Repairing-the-Game-Client is a link that'll tell you how to set that up.
