Report a translation problem
1. Clear Gw2's cache
Corrupted data can cause issues lile that. You will find that file located in your temp file. Hitting Win+r then type %temp% will open the file if on Windows. The file name will be named gw2cache(random numbers). Delete it then run the game for a new one to be created.
