cant use currency exhange

for some reason the game says i need to upgrade my game with expansions to access that feature, while i do have expansions.
it also says you need to wait 72 hours, but its been close to 75 after i bought my expansions. even /age says 3 days, which means it is over that magical 72 hour mark.

Oh yes, those bots spamming links to sus websites to buy gold, weapons, items etc for real money, thank god there's nothing like that in GW2 last time i saw a RMT bot here was back in 2016 or something.

Contact customer support on the official guild wars 2 website. Usually their reply is pretty quick.

they say to wait 4 days... it's my fourth day of waiting and no exchange possible....

i'll saw this envening if that work what elle i think to claim a refund even if steam is very limited in terms of consumer protection

It literally is 4 days, from the moment of purchase, worked for me like that. :) But yeah, it starts to calculate when buys, so anyone on "4th day" must actually wait until it's over the hour count.

Quite simple.

And yes, i was slightly annoyed while waiting too. :D Because i needed stuff and it was affecting trade post things too. Buuut, in the end my patience won and i just did other stuff while waiting for me to be done my time haha. :) Yes, it was like 4 days of prison lmao

i only know 3 games so far that has literally no currency sellers : eve online (afaik) , guild wars 2 and warframe
i find it actually pretty good that there are none of them around
