What class to level 80 boost?

I've only used two level 80 boost. I did one for my Rev way back on my main. The second was for a Thief on my freshest alt. Right now I'm on my other alt and it's only got one level 45 Norn Ranger and I can't access the Wizard's Vault on it so I gotta use one of the boost. I have two Level 80 boost to use on this account. I kinda want to use one for a heavy class, not sure I wanna go Rev again. Maybe warrior or guardian? Im gonna go through HoT content again and perhaps one that can handle most of the content and survive.

The boost will let you preview play the class at 80 with starter gear before you commit to the boost. So you could try a bunch of different classes.

Personally enjoy Necromancer with their Reaper elite talent, Guardian with Dragonhunter, and Mesmer with Virtuoso. They generally deal high damage with plenty of aoe.

None, lvl 80 is always the lvl cap.

Imo, mesmer has the most boring lvling experience. That class relies heavily on grandmaster trait to be effective

The lvl 80 boost gives you cele gear. So you can be smart and consider what you want to play with this gear - for example a WvW roamer build or a cele support build for Fractals or solo open world. Websites like metabattle, hardstuck, guildjen and a number of content creators on YouTube can be a good guide too.

well ... i just made new mesmer in new account, lol the other mesmers i have used the XP tomes and boosters.
About the celestial gear... mesmer feels week, avg dmg, not much HP, etc i simply cant comprehend the "beauty" of celestial gear, anyways ima get a cheap "named" exotic armor at TP.

Dont ask but go to PVP top left, and try every character at lvl 80.

Something about power necro reaper. The way you can instant win almost any fight by just pressing F1 then skill 4. It changes the way you play, your not scared anymore, you take risks, explore more.
It's not the strongest build, but 16k dps for a single attack is pretty crazy.

If you want a heavy, guardians are good with the celestial gear you'll get from the boost, and they're more boring to level.

Celestial Guardian? Why would you want that? Even in WvW it has no place.
Berserker, Marauder, Viper, Trailblazer, Dragon, and Minstrel's. That's the only sets Guard has a use for. Guardian's been overpowered for years, can go full damage without risking anything in PvE. In WvW you'll be useless with it. Celestial's just a waste.

Revenant, Mesmer, Warrior and Ele are where you'll get the best use out of a set of Celestial gear.

Celestial Warrior just got buffed again, and is slowly becoming popular in WvW. Otherwise, go zerker.
