Would you us to play the game for you too?
The action camera others are suggesting to you is something most other MMOs don't have.
This is an extremely suspect detail. Do you really think holding both mouse buttons is the only way to move your character?
Ive tried action camera, although its an improvement, it feels a little off. Feels like the game is trying to stick a bandage on the problem rather than to have a permanent fix. maybe ill get used to it tho (still better than the default movement lol)
what? when did I mention clicking both mouse buttons is how I move my character? Its just left click. I am aware of action camera, its not exactly what im looking for
Most other mmos are either not 3rd person or theyre not modern mmos. PLayed plenty of games that use "action camera" type of movement (not really because action camera is not that great) have clearly proven that it is a much better option. saying "its not gonna go away" as if its some revolutionary feature when in reality the only thing its good for is allowing me to click on the shop in the on the corner of my screen without pressing 'Esc' lol. Stop pretending like its not an outdated way to make games.
Edit; Also to clarify, I think these control schemes still have their place in gaming. If it's not for you then it's not for you. That's all there really is to it. GW2 is a decade old game, they're not going to change their camera and movement control because someone is complaining on Steam about how outdated they think it is. Maybe this game is not your cup of tea.
I don't know... You seem rather new to the game. Why is your first reaction trying to change the game instead of changing your attitude towards it? Have you looked through your movement keybinds and camera settings yet? Experiment with them, maybe you'll manage to find something that suits your personal needs. And if you're unsuccessful, than the game might just not be good for you. But stop pretending that it's the game's fault.
