Guild wars 2 = garbage waste 2. Real reasons behind the infamous meme name.

Guild wars 2 is a game known to many people that play Real Top mmos like WoW, FFXIV, and ESO as garbage waste 2. But what is the reason for this meme name. Well there's not a single reason but a wide hosts of reasons why this game is known as garbage waste 2 among the veteran mmo crowd. I will list some of the reasons below:

1)No real endgame and no gear progression. All the activities that this game has reward skins for fashion that only girls like. Real men are not interested in fashion, they are interested in increasing character power.

2)Bad and boring story. Even WoW at its worst during shadowlands had better storytelling than gw2.

3)No actual rotation for classes. For example as warrior you just keep pressing 2 and 1. Thats how you make new players quit the game in an instant.

4)Very bad gameplay and boring combat system. Do you like getting knocked down over and over and whenever your character gets injured they always say 'oh my leg' and start limping even if they get hit in other parts of the body. Yeah thats gw2 gameplay in a nutshell.

5)Old players keep advertising and marketing 'mounts' in the low level zones to the new players by flying in those starter zones and stealing events and 1 shotting mobs. This is one of the major reasons why new players get frustrated and quit as they don't get any mount if they don't fork out their credit card. Also the icing on the cake is new players get a 10 hour trial mount. Yup you heard it right and after those 10 hours the mount disappears and they are on foot.

6)Recently the developers themselves have told with their own mouths that gw2 will not receive anymore serious content update. They will keep doing updates but it will be sparse and far between. In other words maintenance mode.

These are just a few of the reasons why this game is known as garbage waste 2 among the veteran mmo crowd. There are a whole host of other reasons but I don't have the patience or energy to type those now. Google why gw2 is known as garbage waste 2 and you will get your complete answer.

Kinda a silly question to ask considering that he is a meta event boss that is often led by groups of vet players as well as plenty of guilds hosting runs for recruitment.

The success rate is very high even when you have some new players in the mix because it is a popular meta event.

That and people go for the Treasure Mushrooms for those invisible shoes since that map spawns 3 of them.

WoW sucks, last good expansion was Legion, and tbh the game was already dead at that point. Blizzard is a horrible company and WoW only stayed up top because of its mentally ill playerbase. It's good to see the game being buried under new and better mmos nowadays.

legion was awful. last good expansion was cataclysm, but they never actually finished it.
