Controller Support or no buy

there is no reason a game like this can't have controller support, it's not 2007 anymore add controller support now or lose out on a massive chunk of you audience

Perhaps you should just game on console cause pc is not the place if you want everything having controller support. Next you all will request a game like Tarkov to have it lol. Also a lot of those people trying to use a pad get bodied by m+k players that are actually good at the pvp lol

The game works with the steam deck and has several inputs layouts working just fine :)

The pc used to be the platform with a wide varity of controller options before your where born or still in dipers: pedals/steeringwheel, joysticks, flightsticks etc. How is it that a new generation is against actual choice, that was the strong point of the pc in the past. Im all for it, bring in the controller support. The pc is the perfect platform for it. And believe me, after a certain amount of years gaming with mouse/keyboard you will know the downside of it, its called rsi (Repetitive strain injury).

Console gaming exists since the 80's, nothing new. Pc gaming in the 90's, earlier millenium had controller choices. PC lost them for many years, but luckely that has been changing over the last years. /end

Not true at all.
Gw2 is really hectic, requires precisions and has a lot of keybinds.
Keyboard and mouse are just superior in every way.
Also, i'd recommend to get an mmo mouse. it'll help you a lot, but ofc is not necessary.

I have about 3k hours in this game using a razer naga, an Xbox 360 controller, and the program xpadder. I liked using the joystick for movement. Was pretty high ranked in spvp for a while.

Have you seen the keybind list? Good luck with that on a controller.

Not saying you can't play with a controller, I've been told it's doable, but it's definitely limiting.

Yeah, the keybind list is not very big, so what's your point, no bigger than 14's or WoWs.
