Unfortunately the soundtracks for the expansions aren't posted to soundcloud, you have to purchase them separately or play them via Spotify. (Some tracks are posted to youtube though, if you want to find them there).
The original game soundtrack is...uh...harder to get hold of due to being composed by Soule, as he keeps the copyright close to heart and for a long time at least held out against digital distribution of any kind. When GW2 launched, the only way to get the official soundtrack was to buy a physical copy from his website, which was notoriously unreliable. I think it's a bit better now? But still, I wouldn't be surprised if his attitudes to copyright and distribution are a major reason ANet made the switch to an in-house team of composers.
...And being honest, I think some of the post-Soule music for GW2 is among the best in the genre. Very much a good move as far as I'm concerned.
