Try to launch the game Through Steam But launcher just won't launch

When I clicked "Play" Steam showed that I'm in game for like 5 sec Game launcher won't show up and nothing happen I did tried everything I could think of, Verify game files, reinstall, restart pc, disable windows 10 anti-virus
Does anybody have any clue what is happening? and Thank you for your attention!

I don't have any third party Anti-Virus like the OP But I tried disable both Windows Defender and Windows Firewall and redownload the game Sadly the problem still not go away.

launcher will launch But it just a normal launcher It didn't recognize Steam So I can't make Arena.net that link Steam Account.

Sounds like a bug in the steam connection then.
Did you buy the game on Steam or just trying for free? Because an obvious answer is to just buy the non steam version if you don't want to wait for a patch.

Hello, want to give an update I just found the way to fix this
Go to where your game is installed looking for "Gw2-64.exe" right click choose Properties > Compatibility and tik "Run this program as an administrator" Apply it
and the game launcher finally launch for me and recognized my Steam Account.
