Does the Steam GW2 client allow addon installation?

Addons will send this great game incredibly high and improve the enjoyment of the game and motivate you to play better

1. Make sure to keep it up to date, or it can crash your game
2. Unless you're doing specific content that needs certain thresholds to be met and you're doing it with a group where everyone is on the same page! - keep the dps of others to yourself. No judging.
