True. All I saw in wvw was a bunch of cheaters. They'd roam solo or in a group. It was mainly thieves or engineers and they all had 0 second cooldowns. It's one of the reasons why a lot of servers died off because Areanet never did anything about it. It's the sad reality of all multiplayer games.
Players who play a class that can vanish are enhancing themselves using the teleport hack. There's a free and paid for version of this hack tool and they're most likely using the paid for version. This tool allows you to pop up anywhere and it's the reason why you see rangers and thieves constantly vanishing and appearing so far off from you all the time. Common sense should tell other players, you only have so many skills that allow you to stealth and those skills do go on a cooldown, with all class, so it's impossible to constantly vanish and appear. You only have so many "shadow-step" like abilities too, so how are these vanishing players jumping to and from you all the time... Sadly, so many normal players are blind to this fact.
You also have cheaters who are not normal hackers cheating in WvW. Someone said ingame years ago that the old Blizzard team that worked on World of Warcraft is behind Guildwars 2. I didn't quite bye into that back then, but given the new exspansions...rifts, "WOW" orc characters and a Boss battle take from a raid in "WOW", I now believe it's totally true. That old Blizzard team was cheating players in the battlegrounds in World of Warcraft by running around with total Raid level gear on, which normal players cold never get. That's the biggest reason World of Warcraft fell...the gear balance.
They (old Blizzard) realized that and went with ascension and legendary as highest gear in Guildwars 2, to address the gear balance but what's the point if you're still giving yourselves, friends, GFs, BFs and Family, the ability to enhance their characters and cheat other players... This is going on folks and you'll have to be a fool to not notice it. You have players who are so jacked up in stats, you can't damage them (super toughness)...they deal super damage (super power) and their healing is always to the max (super healing). You can't stack 3+k of all attributes in GW2, gear stat sets are not designed to let you do that. So how are these players running around as Gods in WvW? It's because they are Gods! They try to fool you by saying, it's skill. WTF!? Guildwars 2 require no real skill to play because it's not designed like that! All you can do is run around, dodge and perform your skills/actions, PERIOD!! These players are doing nothing special at all in terms of their gameplay, they are winning because they're so jacked up on stats and Boons! I know this for fact because years ago, one of them was bold enough to link me one of their Necro abilities and I compared it with my Necro, which had the same abilites obviously. That Necro skill had a base damage of around 1k normally give or take. That cheater's Necro ability had a base damge of around 10 "phukin" K!!!!! Hackers can't do that, you would need server side access in order to change code sent to your client, so these cheaters are what I call, "ArenaNet Babies" and by baby, I mean "in the family." These cheating as "phukurs" are related to the "Devs"/ArenaNet in some way or form and are freely cheating the hell out of players in WvW because they're too pu$$y to play the game without cheating because they know they'll lose every one on one encounter!
This is why Guildwars 2 has the worst PvP ever made!
Even Final Fantasy 14 online has it's cheaters, but those cheaters are light weight, using "chit" like speed hacks and the way FF14's pvp is, you can overcome that. There's nothing you can do with "ArenaNet Babies" in Guildwars 2 because they can also control your character as well! It's like they have access to a "Developers Panel" or something and they can literally do what ever the "phuk" they want to ingame. Those "ArenaNet Bizzard Babies" know I know about their "chit" and because of it, they have not only weakened my characters ingame, but they hunt me in WvW and go into "God Mode" on me all the time now. I've even been pulled through solid walls multiple times from far away. I've been flown in the air to them, I've had my character taken control of and walked right to them and I've had them teleport on top of me in mid air while gliding, attacking me in mid air, vanishing and when I landed, teleoport on me again. Regular hackers are not doing that "chit" folks... It's those "phuking" "ArenaNet Blizzard Babies!" That kind of hacking would be impossible client-side. You would need to get a virus on a server at least and I don't see that happening.
They (Babies) also have endless "CC" where they can keep you on the ground while they take their time and finish you...you'll never get anything off when they do this because you'll stay flopped on the ground. I've had them to this to me more than once...they even blew away my full shroud in one blast. They blow away minions and pets in one blast. They can even one-hit kill you if they wanted to and for you idiots that think crit damage can do that, WTF you think your armor toughness and damage reducing Boons are for? No player can one-hit kill anyone! You have to be straight up "phukin" cheating to pull that off, wake the "phuk" up!
This kind of cheating is completely game breaking and the reason why I will move on to Final Fantasy 14 online. The PvP action in FF14 looks amazing! It looks more fun, like the battlegrounds in World of Warcraft. You have more team oriented objectives in FF14 pvp as well, giving it more overall pvp content. I can live with FF14's light weight cheaters, who Square-Enix is trying to weed out (because the company/devs aren't the cheaters), but I can not deal with Guildwars 2 "ArenaNet Babies" who will never be weeded out because they are who they are. Players keep asking ingame, why are these cheaters not banned yet... Get a clue! Why would a "Dev" band their own kids who they spoil? ...... Yeah, that five year old is going to keep on "God Mode'ing" your @$$!
The only thing you can do in GW2 is try to find hacks/cheats to even the score but I'm sure the same people cheating you, will ban your account but continue cheating themselves. Guildwars 2 has unprofessionalism behind it so the cheating will never end.
Do yourself a favor and make the change to Final Fantasy 14 online now because it's going to take time to learn the game and craft the best gear in the game.
Sorry for "typos", "phuk'it."
Peace
