Dirt 2 not starting.
PLEASE HELP!!! WHen I try to play dirt 2 it shows the spinning thing then stops and it never opens. I have re-installed it twice and I have the same problem!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have the same problem. Windows 8 Pro 64-bit. Uninstall, reinstall doesn't correct. I click play and nothing happens. Tried running Dirt2.exe from the program folder and it gives me an error about a missing DLL. Full error: "The ordinal 42 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\xlive.dll.

Replying to myself. Installing "Games for Live" fixed it. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-winapps/ordinal-42-xlivedll/1324c095-c56c-48ce-9bdf-699237c3d471 FIXED!
