Ill try to get access to test this... However YM should be universal, even if theres an anticheat. If it doesnt work try the following

1. run poe2 in borderless/windowed
2. ensure YM runs as admin (in case poe2 is admin)
3. hit CTRL ALT 1 to change cursors.

update: appears ok on my end. note that if you tweak poe2's cursor settings this may require rebinding in YM

Hello Dev, I just picked this up today and running it with PoE2, seems to appear and work just fine but the cursor appears to be quite stuttery, MSI afterburner frametimes go absolutely crazy, is there a solution to this?

are you running one of the 3d cursors (pyro/prism/petals)?

ya that one uses a separate overlay to operate but it should be vsync'ed... ill give it a look :)

also ensure you have the latest YM, it went through a game engine update (removal) lately to handle these cursors.
