Does not work in Last Epoch
In fact, if I keeping hitting ctrl+alt+1,2,3 etc the game begins having keyboard problems.

this game may require running YM as admin.
see option in taskbar > pink arrow icon > run as admin

run as admin (if needed) will be automatic next update :)

It didn't work running as admin before, but after a reboot it does now.

In LE, is it normal for yolo mouse to default to the game mouse when mousing over a mob? I see yolo mouse anywhere else on the screen.

YM is bind per each cursor... mob probably has a different cursor so need to reassign a YM cursor to it again :)
