i second this.
also (dunno if this is possible) it would be cool if it didnt show your "time played" on your steam profile. this isnt a game after all, i dont really want it on my profile page and the "time played" is nonsensical since it is always open

Pretty sure its not possible to disable "time played" as thats something from steam. But if you want to disable the "playing Yolo Mouse" you can also go into your steam files and run Yolo mouse threw there until there is an update. If you are unsure where your steam files are go into your library rightclick on yolomouse and go to properties then local files and you should see an option to get into your steam files threw that then simply open the exe and you no longer see "playing Yolo mouse" but it still works

doesnt it still show though since its starting the steam dlls like when you run the exe from other games?

When i run another game from steam it does not show me playing YoloMouse when i run the exe in the files. I have no idea why it works this way as i ain't a developer myself. But something i did notice with other programs from steam is that they seem to have a file called steam or something near that in their files and YoloMouse does not seem to have it so maybe thats the reason why it works. Again i am not developer so i can't confirm if this is true.

I was using the 1.11.3 or something that I downloades ages ago. I thought I would like to suport the developers and bought on steam. unnistalled the free version and now this is anoying me a lot. I dont like the fact it always showing that I'm playing it. And of course steam need to be open...
To be honest you deserve all the suport but these 2 things are just bad for me.

Sorry about this. Note that "playing as" is not intentional and just a default steam thing. Next update will make both configurable. The workaround for these for now is:

1. shutdown yolomouse if its running
then either...
2a: open command prompt window
2b:paste following and hit enter
"C:\Bin\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\YoloMouse\YoloLauncher.exe" -o
OR
3a: in steam: stop yolomouse
3b: go to gear button/properties/set launch options and add following
-o
4. now YM will start with windows without steam (assuming you have start with windows option on)

Thank you very much for this solution. It works for me!
I also want to thank you for this sotfware. I am a gamer with less then 90-95% vision and this is the ONLY sotfware that allows me to play games that require using cursor. This software for me is all about accessibility.
Thank you for making my gamer life easier! <3

"C:\Bin\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\YoloMouse\YoloLauncher.exe" -o

Thanks for posting this. This works, but keep in mind that it needs to be set to the correct directory your yololauncher.exe is in.

Added this to my review. Still, someone will definitely complain about how YoloMouse is their yearly most played game when they use Steam Replay. Brace yourself.
