Getting shoved into different Servers

I have my preferences set to the Ohio NA server, and no other server is checked but we are getting consistently shoved into the Asia pacific server with atrocious ping.
Is there anything that can be done about this? No info online and nowhere to bug report it seems. Kinda ruins an otherwise great game!

Had the same happen to me but it was putting me in EU. Either the matchmaking servers were having an issue, NA was down, or maybe NA doesn't have enough matches going on so it puts you in other servers (not sure if this can happen).
