Endless loading bug. FIX IT!

I’ve repeatedly encountered a bug where, when loading into a match, the loading screen hangs until the match ends. At the same time, I can hear the team’s voice chat, I can speak, but I can’t play because I’m stuck on the loading screen. Restarting the game doesn’t help. Using 'Enable Network Acceleration' doesn’t help either. For those who’ll immediately blame my internet or PC issues—in other similar online games, I have zero problems, everything works fine.

This bug doesn’t happen to me all the time. Sometimes it doesn’t occur for a day or two, other times it happens once or twice a day. I know not everyone has faced this bug, but I also know I’m not the only one—it’s a long-standing issue in this game that, for some reason, isn’t being addressed

First, it’s just annoying: when you’re about to play, this bug stops you from playing and forces you to wait until the match ends, which kills any desire to continue playing.

Second, it negatively affects ranked matches.

Third, the game has reports for inactivity, and when this bug happens, people can report you for AFK

This isn’t some trivial issue that can be ignored—it’s a real problem that needs fixing. If any developers see this, please pay attention. Even if not many players encounter it, it still needs to be fixed. This isn’t normal
