I can't connect to the game

Hello! Lately I've been running into this problem quite often:

1) The match is found
2) Characters are selected
3) The loading window appears and... that's it
At the same time, my comrades are already in the game, they land on the field and play.
I have to forcefully close the game, launch it again and then the loading window goes away, but not always. Sometimes you have to do it several times.

Please help me solve this problem.

It's especially annoying when you connect, and your team is already defeated and you get back into the search.

I found a solution and it helped me: in the lobby in the lower right corner of the screen you need to click on the server, a window with the selected server will appear and there you need to enable additional network acceleration.
