Queue times are VERY BAD

My friend Pep and I downloaded Supervive about a month ago and we each have less than 25 hours in the game. We began as Bronze players like everyone else, and despite that our in-game queue times are 5+ minutes nearly every session. Today we were online for about an hour and we only played one game in that time span. We had a 10+ minute queue getting into that match, an 18 minute queue that we ended up abandoning, and a 5 minute queue after that which frustratingly ended our session in order to play something else. I took screenshots but I'm not sure how to post them here.

Queue times need MASSIVE help, especially for new players if devs intend to grow SV.
