is league of legends not one of the biggest games in the world? what are you comparing that to an indiegame in literal beta. try to be a bit reasonable.
even with that said when i play on offhours i still get alright queues (1-4min 4squads)

depending on what rank and server you are playing in, some league queues are over an hour.
emerald matches are between 2 and 10 minutes.
