can't login

yesterday i download the game and started it. it then auto logging in into steam account but always failed (login failed there was an error attempting to log in)
i kinda forgot what i do, then i started it again. then it shows a registering account or something. i registered then am able to play.
today i tried to login again then it auto signing in to steam and failed again. it doesn't have any option to sign in with other account. and i can't login with steam account somehow. it always failed

Fixed by removing 1.1.1.1 as DNS and doing a ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew in command prompt

or use dns 8.8.8.8
