That's not a beta test, it's officially released.

edit : Nvm, it is an open beta but it's open 24/7 it says on their website and youtube video. I guess it's more of a "open early access" than a beta. Nonetheless it'll always be open so count this as it's officially out.

They say its an open beta, cause to a F2P game Early Access is basically what Open Beta would be. So i assume it will stay in Open Beta until the 1.0 release.
