RESOLVED
SPOILERS

I'm in the mole location and after getting the petrol/cooking oil, neither trigger when speaking to the moles. I've reloaded the game but both are still just requesting the items, which I already have in my inventory.

Please help!

Hi Devs,

I have to apologise for this, as it seemed the error was on my side.

I wasn't aware I had to interact with the NPC's again after they display the item in their text bubbles, and therefore wasn't pressing interact multiple times, simply watching the dialogue expend before hitting interact again.

I was able to progress after realising this.

Did you try to talk to them after that again or just once?

Multiple times. The main quest with the petrol fixed after I rested at a specific nearby bench for some reason, but the cooking oil interaction is still broken.

  • Attach a DxDiag file - see {LINK REMOVED}for how.
  • How many hours you had played in the session before this issue occurred, and how many hours you have played in total
  • Which version of the game you are playing. This can be seen by opening Settings and looking at the bottom of the left page (v1.xxxxx).
  • Any other detail you think is useful for us to be able to get to the same situation where your issue occurred: where you were, what you were doing, during which mission/quest you encountered the issue?
