Where’s the children’s toy?

That, I have no idea how long I’m on that mission and I still can’t finish it

Try talking to the children twice.
Sometimes questgivers will repeat the instructions when talking to them or upon returning to them (after some time), even when you already have, what they want (which is rather annoying).
So let them speak their bit and then immediately talk to them again. Hopefully it will let you progress.

I think, if you head into the Village Sewers that lead to the rangers lodge (going in from Longtail Village / the old Mill / the left part of the sewers), then climb down the ladders all the way down, (without going to the right at the first landing), it should be at at the foot of these ladders, if I remember correctly.

Thank you very much, I was able to complete the mission
