How to change the language again?

Help! My toddler decided to press some keys when I was first opening this game, and now it's in Chinese. Can't for the life of me change it again - wiped and reiinstalled and yet it just starts at the menu now, not offering me that initial choice again.

Steam properties tab don't offer a language choice either, as it does for other games.

And obviously I can't navigate the menu to see if I can find anything from there because it's, you know, in Chinese.

Will I just never be able to play it?

I know this is late as I just got the game and misclicked my language. But if anyone needs this the solution is when you open the book/main menu. Go to the second to top option, go down to the second to bottom option, and then the middle/third option will be what you need to change for language. I wish they left it with a world logo or something, but I sort of guessed where it would be in the options through deduction.
