Traveller’s Wagon Achivement/side quest + Finding the Teddy Bear quest Buged?

So I guess either its buged or I am achive too ahead of the progress that the wheel and tiddy bear are disspear.

I just finshed the mian mission of the blue print from the underground libary. I decied to get the quest out of my map. But I couldn't find the lumberjack and the wheel (some guide in Steam said it shoud be a lumberjack between the milk fram and the Ranger Lodge).

Also, can someone tell me where to find the teddy bear? it should be in some ditch somewhere near the Longtail Village right?

One thing to mentioned that I already finished the beehive side quest and lots of other mission along the way.

Can the dev. give me some solution here?

Ok nvm, I just find out those item are in my inventroy. But I have to slect them in my invent. and than talk to them lite twice. I guess that's sort of bug?
