Locked door on second floor of castle

Are you ever able to unlock the door right outside of the smithy in your castle? It’s got a padlock on the door so I thought maybe there was a key hidden somewhere.

pretty sure thats the King's bedchambers. Only unlocked after basically getting every achievement. I'm not sure of the specifics but it was the last thing I 'unlocked' .

Pls, why did no one really answering? The tournament is at the very east of the map from the castle, and finishing that will grant you the key to the room.
I spent so much time and no one is mentioning about the location of the tournament. Just ridiculous.
